Refund policy

We hope that you love your new shmukies creation, but If for any reason you would like to return it, returns are accepted within a reasonable time. The item must return to us in a new and unused condition. Refunds will be issued less shipping charges after we receive the item. If the item is shipped free, refund will be issued less 15$ shipping and handling. 

Unclaimed items that return to us, will be charged for any returning costs.

All of this does not apply to customized and personalized items.

Custom orders and personalized items can not be returned.
